Dennis Burks, President of Baldwin Park HOA called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. All homeowners in attendance were welcomed and notified to sign in so that we could get a count of home owners in attendance.
2009 Annual HOA Meeting
Submitted by dwight on November 12, 2009 - 8:57pm.The 2009 Annual Meeting of the Baldwin Park Homeowners' Association will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Sawtooth Middle School, 3730 N. Linder, Meridian, ID.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct all lawful business of the Baldwin Park Homeowners' Association including:
- Board of Directors Election
- Financial Report
- Grounds Maintenance
- CCR's
- Discussion of Assessments
Meridian Police looking for Hit & Run Driver

A 13 yr old boy was struck while riding his bicycle on Monday by a mini-van causing severe injuries. The driver of the van left the scene without identifying herself or calling emergency personnel. The accident occurred at approximately 5pm, near the intersection of 10-Mile and Cherry Ln in Meridian. The boy was riding on 10-mile when the van left the parking lot of Walgreen’s and struck the boy.
Irrigation Water Shutoff Date

We have been informed that the irrigation water will be shut off around October 13. Time to start making plans to have your sprinkler systems blown out.
Neighborhood Watch Meeting
Submitted by dwight on September 5, 2009 - 7:39pm.In light of the recent events that have occurred in the area in the last few weeks, there is an urgent need to reorganize our Neighborhood Watch program. Anyone interested in being involved in Baldwin Park's Neighborhood Watch should attend. The meeting will be held in the small park behind the Neighborhood Pool.
A Neighborhood Watch is a group of neighbors who are willing to communicate with each other and pass along crime and non-crime related neighborhood information. We will be recruiting both Block Captains and Group Members. Please plan to attend.
