Minutes from September meeting were approved.
Board reviewed 2009 budget proposal prepared by Richard. Board approved budget for presentation to homeowners for approval.
Several landscape bids have been received. Board requested MGM to provide copies of contracts to Richard and Dan Olson (grounds committee) for comparison and review.
The purchase of a new mounting bracket for the snow plow was approved.
Funds for flower maintenance (approximately $100) was approved.
Funds for the purchase of a new Neighborhood Watch sign and post (approximately $50) was approved to replace the sign and post that was stolen from the Buckstone entrance.
Pool security system maintenance agreement and controller upgrade was approved. $707/year for maintenance agreement & $375 for the controller upgrade.
The date for the annual Homeowners meeting was set for 7:00 PM, November 12, 2008 at Sawtooth Middle School. Because of the homeowners meeting there will not be a Board meeting in November.
