2009 Annual HOA Meeting

The 2009 Annual Meeting of the Baldwin Park Homeowners' Association will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Sawtooth Middle School, 3730 N. Linder, Meridian, ID.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct all lawful business of the Baldwin Park Homeowners' Association including:

• Board of Directors Election
• Financial Report
• Grounds Maintenance
• CCR's
• Discussion of Assessments

In the event you cannot attend, please return the absentee voting ballot or Proxy form that you received in the mail no later than November 16, 2009 by mail, or have it presented at the meeting by your appointed representative.
