The meeting was called to order at 3:05 pm.

The meeting was held at the home of Richard Kelly.

The minutes from the October 14, 2009, Board Meeting were read and minor corrections were made. A motion to
accept was made and seconded that the minutes be approved.

The first area open for discussion was the issue of Open Invoices as of November 10, 2009. The following information was provided:

  • There are 7 homes that are in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or are in default and are currently in court proceedings ($8,268.73)
  • There is 1 home that is current on Payment Plan ($3,169.83)

MGM has been instructed to continue with current policy and procedures already in place.

Went over the ‘To Do List’ of outstanding issues:

  • On the Profit and Loss Report there are two interest amounts should these be combined? MGM made the corrections (there was a double entry)

New ‘To Do List’ issues:

  • On several occasions a small red (maroon) car and a white car with a gray door and a star on the gas cap have been seen driving thru the common area between W. Great Basin Dr. & White Sands Dr. The Board is going to turn the information over to the Meridian Police Department so that a police report is on file and for them to follow up on. There was damage to the common area and we will follow up to recoup costs for that damage.

The notices announcing the Annual Home Owners Meeting (scheduled for November 19, 2009) along with the Proxy Form and the Agenda were mailed. The meeting is at the Sawtooth Middle School at 7:00 pm.

The Board received a revised pricing sheet from Trautman Landscaping Company for 2010. The Board has approved and returned the new pricing sheet that does reflect one less Fertilization application for 2010 which will represent a savings of $1,825.00.

The Christmas Tree lights have been installed at the entrance to the Baldwin Park Sub-division.

The proposed 2010 Budget was approved for the presentation at the Annual Home Owners Meeting.

Next Board Meeting will be determined at the Annual Home Owners Meeting by the new Board Members.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 pm.
