Attendees: Dwight Tovey, Stan Young, and Dan Olson. Karen Yu, and Donna Pelse attended as Baldwin Park residents.
The meeting was called to order at 7 pm.
Karen and Donna stated that they would like to join the Welcome committee. Dan sent an email to Tami Cahoon with Karen’s phone number so she could be contacted. Karen and Donna left after that.
- The minutes from the February meeting were reviewed and approved.
- * MGM will be asked to get a second estimate to stain the fence in the common area off Yosemite & McKinley. It was discussed to only stain that section as the other one is still in fairly good condition.
- * Dwight will post a survey on the web site asking for input on using boulders as barriers on some of the walk ways.
- The new pool security system is almost complete with training tentatively set for Tues the 24th at 10:00 at SG offices.
- * Michelle is still to be contacted to include a request for homeowners to sign on for the nominating committee in the next newsletter.
- * The notification to all homeowners about the new pool security system needs to be developed and sent out. It must include the method that will be used to sign up homeowners for their new access numbers.
- * The pool committee needs to develop a method for signing up home owners for the new pool access system. This needs to be done soon as the pool opening date is coming fast. The pool committee should come up with a recommendation for the type of shirts they would like with price and where they can be purchased.
- * Dwight will pursue getting the board members shirts and some type of identification.
- * MGM What is the status of your first sub-division drive-through?
- The fir tree that was removed from the catch basin in phase 9 has been replaced.
- The insurance policy was reviewed and signed by Dwight on April 4th.
- * MGM We still need a quote on getting the pool tile replaced ASAP.
- * MGM we need the second glass replacement estimate for the pool rest room ASAP.
- * Stan will work on developing a Homeowner’s handbook. A sample was reviewed from another association.
- The meeting was adjourned at 8:30. The next board meeting was tentatively set for May 17th at 7 pm at the Library Coffee House.
