I regret to announce that due to recent personal reasons, I am resigning from the Baldwin Park Board of Directors. It has been my honor and privilege to serve on the board for the last 5 years. However I feel that I will no longer be able to properly fulfill my duties as a board member.

I wish remaining members Richard and Dan all the best and I will be happy to work with the person who replaces me to help them get familiar with the position.

The pool will open for the season on May 15. We will be using the same key-card system as last year. If you kept your card from last year, then all you need to do is send in the 2010 registration form to get your card activated. If you did not get a card last year or if you have lost your card, you will need to include a $20 refundable security deposit. If you are renting in the neighborhood you will also need to provide a copy of your current rental or lease agreement. Please be advised that MGM will only be processing the registration forms once a week.

As always, any child under the age of 3 or one that has not been toilet trained must wear a swim diaper and plastic liners whenever they are in the pool area. Last year we had no incidents that required the pool to be closed and shock treated. We would like to repeat that this year, but it will again take the cooperation of all homeowners.

Irrigation water will be available about the 15th of April. We will flush out our system for several days before diverting it to the homes. Trautman will be priming and testing our system just prior to releasing it to the homes to make sure everything is functioning as it should.

The 2009 Annual Meeting of the Baldwin Park Homeowners' Association will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Sawtooth Middle School, 3730 N. Linder, Meridian, ID.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct all lawful business of the Baldwin Park Homeowners' Association including:

• Board of Directors Election
• Financial Report
• Grounds Maintenance
• CCR's
• Discussion of Assessments

We have been informed that the irrigation water will be shut off around October 13. Time to start making plans to have your sprinkler systems blown out.
